This caster features 7/16” diameter hardened<br />
steel balls in a 3-1/4” diameter raceway<br />
and a 3/4” integrally forged kingpin<br />
operating in a tapered roller bearing. This<br />
caster is designed for severe operating<br />
conditions and heavy loads.<br />
• Top and Yoke Plate — SAE 1045 hot drop<br />
forged steel with raceway<br />
• Upper Raceway — 7 ⁄16” diameter hardened<br />
ball bearings<br />
• Lower Raceway — 3 ⁄4” bore tapered roller<br />
bearings<br />
• Kingbolt — 3 ⁄4”, integrally forged with the top<br />
plate for precision fit<br />
• Position Lock — Yoke Plate notched for<br />
optional 4-position lock<br />
• Horn Side Members — 5 ⁄16” thick steel, double<br />
welded to the yoke plate<br />
• Wheel Bearings — Roller or ball bearing<br />
standard<br />
• Lubrication — Fittings are installed for both<br />
swivel raceway and wheel bearings<br />
as required<br />
• Finish — Corrosion-resistant zinc<br />
