tough, all-stainless steel construction. Ideal for<br />
all demanding medium-heavy duty applications<br />
in corrosive environments. S1400 Casters are<br />
compatible with the full array of <strong>Faultless</strong> high<br />
performance wheels and accessories. High performance<br />
wheels are standard with Delrin bearings<br />
for performance in chemicals, oils, or wash<br />
down applications.<br />
• Horn Side Member — 8-gauge thick<br />
stainless steel (Grade 304) is welded to cold<br />
forged top plate<br />
• Upper Raceway — Fully hardened 5 ⁄16”<br />
diameter stainless steel ball bearings in a large<br />
diameter raceway provide top performance<br />
under maximum rated loads<br />
• Lower Raceway — Large diameter, 1 ⁄4”<br />
hardened stainless steel ball bearings roll freely<br />
in a large diameter lubricated raceway<br />
• Kingpin — Cold headed 3 ⁄4” diameter kingpin<br />
holds raceways precisely in alignment<br />
• Wheel Bearings — Plain, Delrin, or sealed<br />
roller bearings are also available<br />
