skog pravca, a rezultati se izražavaju u µmol/L. Validacija<br />
metode provedena je kroz dvadeset dana po četiri mjerenja<br />
na dvjema razinama, te je validirana točnost testom<br />
iskorištenja. Za procjenu mjerne nesigurnosti i računanje<br />
sastavljene i proširene mjerne nesigurnosti rabljeni su<br />
podatci dobiveni validacijom metode (obnovljivost, točnost),<br />
kalibracijski pravac, priprema radnog standarda iz<br />
koncentrata. Usporedbom relativne standardne nesigurnosti<br />
je vidljivo da najveći doprinos mjerne nesigurnosti<br />
dolazi od kalibracijskog pravca i dugotrajne obnovljivosti,<br />
a najmanji od primarnog SRM. Mjerna nesigurnost<br />
za standard bakra za vrijednost 15,75 µmol/L iznosi 0,25<br />
µmol/L s obuhvatnim faktorom k=2.<br />

Iskustva Zavoda za kliničku kemiju Kliničke<br />
bolnice Merkur u programu međunarodne<br />
procjene kvalitete rada u kvalitativnoj<br />
analizi mokraće<br />

Od 1997. godine Zavod za kliničku kemiju KB Merkur sudjeluje<br />
u međunarodnom programu EQA Labquality,<br />
u<strong>teme</strong>ljenom 1971. godine. U programu sudjeluje 3743<br />
laboratorija iz 41 zemlje. Cilj je procjena kvalitete putem<br />
neovisnog sustava kvalitete potvrđenog standardom ISO<br />
9001:2000 kao sustav provjere kvalitete vlastitih rezultata<br />
kako u kemijskoj analizi mokraće test trakom, tako i u<br />
prepoznavanju elemenata sedimenta mokraće te njihovo<br />
usklađivanje s Europskim preporukama kvalitete. Program<br />
se izvodi 3 puta na godinu za: 1) kemijsku analizu mokraće<br />
test trakom za glukozu, ketone, eritrocite, pH, proteine,<br />
nitrite, leukocite, relativnu volumnu masu i brojanje eritrocita<br />
(Erc) i leukocita (Lkc) i 2) prepoznavanje elemenata<br />
sedimenta mokraće pomoću 4 slike u boji priređene prema<br />
preporukama Europske grupe za analizu mokraće uz<br />
prikaz slučaja. Rezultati za test traku se obrađuju prema<br />
vrsti trake i načinu očitavanja, a pokazuju da se očitavanje<br />
izvodi isključivo instrumentalno uz uporabu 5 -7 vrsta<br />
traka. Iako je osjetljivost traka različita, ukupni rezultati<br />

copper standard quantifi cation is carried out by use of<br />
calibration curve and results are expressed in µmol/L.<br />
The validation of the method is executed over 20 days,<br />
with four 2-level measurements per day, and the accuracy<br />
is validated based on the recovery test. For the purpose<br />
of assessing uncertainty in measurement and calculation<br />
of the combined and extended uncertainty in measurement<br />
the data obtained from the method validation<br />
(reproducibility, accuracy), calibration curve, preparation<br />
of working standards from the concentrate are used. The<br />
comparison of relative standard uncertainty makes it<br />
evident that the most signifi cant input to measurement<br />
uncertainty derives from the calibration curve and longterm<br />
reproducibility while the least one comes from the<br />
primary SRM. Uncertainty in the measurement of copper<br />
standard for the value of 15.75 µmol/L is 0.25 µmol/L with<br />
the coverage factor k=2.<br />

Results of international EQA program<br />
for qualitative urinalysis at Department<br />
of Clinical Chemistry, Merkur University<br />

Since 1997, Department of Clinical Chemistry, Merkur<br />
University Hospital has participated in the International<br />
Labquality EQA Programme established in 1971 and<br />
encompassing 3743 participating laboratories from 41<br />
countries. The aim is quality assessment by an independent<br />
quality system certifi ed according to ISO 9001:2000<br />
standard as a system of quality assessment of each laboratory’s<br />
own results, both in chemical urinalysis using a<br />
test strip and in the identifi cation of cell elements, and<br />
their harmonization with the European quality recommendations.<br />
The program is performed 3 times a year<br />
including the following: 1) chemical urinalysis using a test<br />
strip for glucose, ketones, erythrocytes (Erc), pH, proteins,<br />
nitrites, leukocytes (Lkc) relative volume mass, and Erc<br />
and Lkc counting; and 2) identifi cation of urine sediment<br />
elements using 4 color pictures prepared according to<br />
the European Urinalysis Group with a case report. Results<br />
are analyzed for the type of test strip and way of reading.<br />
