About The Product
Attractive packaging with high grease resistance is ideal for cake
interleaves, crimped cases or confectionery uses.
Glassine is normally supplied plain but can be printed to your
requirements up to 8 colours using FDA approved inks.
Properties
Grammage: Usual stock 40gsm but also available in lighter and
heavier grams
Types / Colours: Colours available are: Black, light brown, red
brown, white, bleached, red, violet, pink, blue, light green, dark
green and yellow. Also available are silkworm & linen embossed
glassine.
Sizes: Cut to your requirements or as rolls
Application Recommendations
Liner in boxes where grease resistance is required
Protective packaging for chocolates, sweets, biscuits.
Presentation in boxes for quality products

WAXED PAPERS
About The Product
Any paper can have a wax coating applied. Waxed paper is commonly
used for wrapping toffees or as a decorative box liner for added value
or protection purposes. It can be printed up to 8 colours. Versatile
material with good folding properties. Can be used as a release liner.
Properties
Grammage : Stock Grammages Between 28gsm to 62gsm. Various
other grammages and specifications can be supplied on request.
Types : Both low and high gloss available ex stock
Sizes: Cut to your requirements or as rolls

SILICONISED PAPERS
About The Product
Widely used for baking applications but also suitable for
chocolatiers etc… because of the release properties of silicone
particularly when handling caramels and similar products.
Properties
Greaseproof or vegetable parchment is available both
siliconised and unsiliconised.
Grammage: 39gsm, 41gsm siliconised greaseproof,45gsm,
73gsm siliconised V/P ex stock.
Colours: Predominantly white but other colours are
available.
Sizes: Cut to size as required

DATA SHEET – CUSHION
PADS & CORRUGATED
About The Product
Used as a protective and decorative medium, offers cushioning and
protection to the chocolates in a box. Predominantly made from
glassine but other materials can be used. Can be printed to individual
requirements to add value to their product.
Properties
3, 5 and 7 ply available in glassine, greaseproof or even with
plastic or metallized layers.
Grammage: Thickness from 2-8mm
Colours: Any glassine colour, normally black or white with many
variations of colour due to the ease of printing.
Sizes: Any size or shape.
Print 1 to 8 colours Flexo or Gravure.

DATA SHEET - FILMS
About The Product
Polypropylene and cellulose films are largely used for overwraps or
interleaving. They offer superb clarity for product display and
depending on the type of coating and film quantity, product protection
against environmental influences.
Properties
Dependent on film quality offers barrier against moisture, fat,
gases and odours. Provides good dead fold.
Grammage: 20 – 50 micron
Colours: Normally transparent or coloured with 100% tints
Can be printed usually flexo 1-4 colours but up to 8 colours is
available.
Will not discolour in the light.

CASES
About The Product
Used to hold individual chocolates in a tray or box. Normally plain,
black or white. Although nowadays more cases are being branded
using various print methods. Latest developments also have resulted
in more coloured glassines being used.
Properties
Good product protection, easily printed and personalised.
Grammage: Most common usage 40 – 50gsm
Colours: Black and white glassine any quantity, other colours
available depending on slip-easy coated material being in stock.
