in Qero and Hopi prophecies as well
as the predictions of many western
astrologers, we can be certain that the
12/21/2012 date is extremely important
and transformative. All the Mayans I
spoke with perceived the date as a time
to celebrate the ending of the old dream
and the beginning of a brand new one,
one that all humans could take part in
forming. So rather than the events of the
date being preordained they were saying
that the future is ours to dream, ours to
create, our responsibility after all.
Will all of this take place on
12/21/12? Of course not! There is no
way all these changes can take place
in one day. Change takes time. But
unlike the past, the changes we are
about to go through will be radically
accelerated. This accelerated change
will be experienced by the peoples of
the world like a massive tsunami of
shifting values, like a mammoth social
earthquake, like a raging forest fi re or
fl ood, burning and washing away all the
old corrupt forms, all rigid hierarchies,
all inequities for so long unquestioned
and tolerated. nothing will be
untouched by the time these changes are
adopted. Is this the end of the world?
Yes, in a manner of speaking. Is it the
beginning of a new world? Absolutely.
So, Stephens, like the others
mentioned in this column is also talking
about a coming Ascension—but not
something we should have counted
upon happening in one 24-hour time
frame. Stephens’ website contains
monthly forecasts, so I checked out the
one he posted for January, 2013. I think
that one of Stephen s’ January forecast
statements sums up the tone of the rest
of this column pretty well:
The energy this month is up and
down. One day you will feel truly
inspired with your new ideas, clarity
and resolutions, and the next day
you may feel depressed, withdrawn,
confused and scattered. Some of you
may experience yourselves as wanting
to sleep more, being drawn into the
dreamscapes of the astral plane, and
for some it may be just the opposite.
There is a fatigue factor that relates
to a let down after holding so much
intensity and energy around events and
expectations and changes in the last few
months.
Update for March Column:
For my update, I decided to revisit
two sites that were most vocal about
the dramatic December 21st changes:
galactic Channeling and golden Age
of gaia (pre-December 21st name: The
2012 Scenario).
Galactic Channeling (http://
galacticchannelings.com): Basically,
the channelers on this site are sticking
to their guns. While toning down their
pre-December 21st dramatic and sudden
change messages, they emphasis that a
huge energy shift did indeed occur on
that date. They urge us to be patient as
the new golden age takes shape—soon.

you to now, after the excitement of
Ascension even if did not bring with

scene, when they can
be co-ordinated in such
a way that they can be
of maximum benefi t to
everyone … Meantime
millions of lightworkers
have been able to
recognize the changes
within Self, and are

more light to Earth.
They are in the forefront
of a massive move to
fully establish even
more light upon Earth.
This growth cannot be
halted and will continue
to set up your future. It
is like a giant snowball
gathering more as it
moves around. Believe us
Dear Ones, this year will
see you set up for great
advancements …
And, Blossom goodchild’s February
13th galactic Federation of light
message states:
You are moving into the new world
that has been created by you. Yet, it
would not be agreeable on all accounts
to fi nd yourself suddenly plonked there.
It would not be the easiest way for you
to adjust and although you are feeling
‘odd’ at that which you are going
through to get there … get there you
shall. It is quite diffi cult to describe in
Earthy terms … as many things … as
you know … often are. Imagine it to
be a transitional period. A time when
you simply are fl oating in a sea of
‘unknown.’ You cannot get out … and
you feel you are being tossed and turned
by the fl ow of the water. Yet it seems
more at these times that there is no
particular direction of that fl ow ….

mentioned above, this site was formerly
