Description:
To improve the quality of education is a challenge and is a complex process. It implies
a good planning and the effective achievement of the expected learning results, the
observation, the self-assessment and the evaluation of the results and their
permanent improvement. The project responded the necessity of schools in the
partner countries of collaborating in exchanging information and experience in
implementing quality standards, of generalization or transferring of the good
management of quality practices.
The participants analysed the legislative frameworks and the right strategies of the
curriculum following the demands of local, regional and national development. The
European partnership offered to the managerial teams and to the different
categories of personnel flexibility, a greater opening to new things, to
communicating with other educational systems, collaboration and transferring of
information. It ensured a clear picture of the role of schools in relation with the
dynamics of change that work market is undergoing, challenging people to think, to
make an objective report of the reality in the domain of their own institution,
encouraging the expressing of personal opinions, of the individual initiative in order to
reach the quality standards in their own institution or domain.
The project benefited from its own web site which displayed the main coordinates:
objectives, partners, undertaken activities. Surveys, photographs, video materials and
links useful for visitors were also published. At Products there are materials carried out
by teachers and students, available to everyone interested. The site is a space created
to disseminate the project, the management and didactic experience, each
partner’s performance, promoting also the school value; other school institutions have
already benefited from the results and the processes, results, products have potential
for transferability.
