1. The 2012 Palarong Pambansa will be at Narciso Ramos Sports and Civic<br />
Center (NRSCC), Lingayen, Pangasinan on May 6-12, 2012. This year's<br />
host of the annual national sporting event is the provincial government of<br />
Pangasinan and <strong>DepEd</strong> Regional Office 1 assisted by the city schools<br />
division offices of San Carlos City and Dagupan City.<br />
2. The opening ceremony will be officially opened on May 7, 2012, 8:00 in<br />
the morning. The assembly of athletes, coaches, trainers, chaperons and<br />
officials is at 7:00 am and the start of parade is 8:00 am at NRSCC. The<br />
closing ceremony shall also in NRSCC on May 12, 2011, 1:00 o'clock in<br />
the afternoon.<br />
3. Each division will be held responsible in the travel of athletes, coaches,<br />
trainers, chaperons and officials to and from Dagupan West Central 1 &<br />
2 Elementary School, the billeting school of the National Capital Region,<br />
while the billeting quarter for the support staff of the Division of<br />
<strong>Muntinlupa</strong> will be at Guadis Elementary School in Dagupan City. All<br />
participants to the Palarong Pambansa will be transported on May 2,<br />
2012.<br />
4. Screening of athletes will be held on May 3, 2012 in the afternoon at<br />
Dagupan West Central 1, so all athletes and coaches must be in the<br />
billeting school on the said date.
