This report was funded by the pastoralist program unit of CARE Ethiopia. The study team
is grateful to the pastoralist program coordinating staff for their support and assistance and
for availing staff and records for this study. We are also equally thankful to the primary
contributors, communities, Key informants and Enumerators.
