CORE TRAINING: “Our program starts at the core—the torso, low back and hips—and addresses needs here first. We believe core/hip strength & power correlate to improved athleticism.” INSTRUCTION: “We have 4 coaches whose sole responsibility is football. Sean Griswold and Bryan Dermody, each had opportunities to be head coaches at I-A schools last winter, but chose to stay and help a special bunch of kids try to reach their highest goals.” TECHNIQUE: “We have the staff and tools to really evaluate & analyze each individual’s needs.
