A BRIEF HISTORY
Telfrance was established in 1950 and was initially
specialised in producing programmes for the Canadian
market. Telfrance Group ensured its place in the history
of French television, among other things through
a collaboration with OTRF that gave birth to major
productions such as La Déesse d’Or, Le Temps des
Copains, and Janique Aimée. However, Telfrance was
always able to adapt its programmes to keep pace with
contemporary society, and the incredible success of
Plus belle la vie provides further proof of this.
Telfrance Group has around 100 permanent staff and is
part of TF et Associés, the media investment company
belonging to Fabrice Larue.
