This is a 200 tonne WLL Pipe Lifting Clamp Test Jig. The Pipe Clamp is a customer<br />
supplied product which needs to be tested<br />
as per AS4991-2004. <strong>Bullivants</strong> designed<br />
and manufactured the test jig. Attached<br />
is a photo of the actual testing set-up<br />
taken whilst the pipe clamp was tested to 252 tonnes<br />
using the specially designed test jig. The Pipe Clamp was<br />
given a certification and Working Load Limit of 200 tonnes and is<br />
now being used to lift sections of pipe in an oil drilling operation.<br />
500kg WLL goods Cage<br />
This is a 500kg WLL goods cage that was specially designed for a customer who owns<br />
and operates a tavern/bottle shop. The cage has four top lifting points and castors like<br />
standard goods cages and lever activated bottom<br />
slide supports, which is a custom feature.<br />
The basic function of the cage is when it<br />
is lifted from the ground floor to the<br />
2nd level through a square hole,<br />
the slide supports are activated<br />
so that it sits in the hole’s edges<br />
holding the cage in place.<br />
