or reasonable.<br />

Pei Pei described that <strong>the</strong> language generated through “word coinage” was like<br />

“Mars Language”:<br />

My languages produced through “word coinage” might not be comprehended<br />

quickly <strong>by</strong> foreigners, because I usually translated Chinese in<strong>to</strong> English as a<br />

newly created word. For example, I would say “Record Sound Tape” <strong>to</strong><br />

represent tape. Words created through “word coinage” were like some “Mars<br />

Languages” that were prevalent on <strong>the</strong> internet. You had <strong>to</strong> think for a while<br />

and <strong>the</strong>n you would be able <strong>to</strong> figure out what it meant. Some <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>m were<br />

very strange and not comprehensible. For example, “ORZ” meant “Admire<br />

Very Much.” It looks like a person, who is bending <strong>the</strong> knees and worshiping.<br />

Pei Pei believed that <strong>the</strong> “restructuring” was not easy <strong>to</strong> use:<br />

“Restructuring” was very hard for me. I was nervous and stressed when I<br />

changed my plan in <strong>the</strong> middle <strong>of</strong> a sentence. I might require many in-class<br />

practices in order <strong>to</strong> use this strategy naturally. This strategy might be useful<br />

for those people who could react <strong>to</strong> a difficult meaning in a short time.<br />

In <strong>the</strong> second interview, Pei Pei perceived that she refered <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> method <strong>of</strong> Chinese<br />

work maker, Tsang Chieh’s method, and created interlanguage:
