vegetable drugs.<br />

Sources of drugs, factors involved in the production<br />

of drugs. Quality control.<br />

Compounds of primary metabolism. Vegetable drugs containing<br />

Carbohydrates. Mono- and oligosaccharides and carbohydrates.<br />

their drugs. Homogenous polysaccharides and their drugs. (Starches, mucilages, etc.)<br />

Heterogenous polysaccharides: gums, neutral and Plant acids and their drugs.<br />

acidic mucilages, pectins; polysaccharides from<br />
