Written theoretical evaluation will be organized in one of the practices in this semester.<br />

Exam:<br />

Practical hours should be visited during 2 days.<br />

The time of practices is between 8.00 a.m – 2.00 p.m.<br />

Semifinal exam will be organized at the end of fourth year, second semester.<br />

Minimal expectations:<br />

reaching the minimum level of the written theoretical evaluation (mark 2)<br />

presentation of three written case-demonstrations reaching the minimum quality level<br />

(mark 2)<br />

Non-performance of the minimal expectations invalidate the semester!<br />

Rules of practices<br />

Activity of the students:<br />

1. Clinical evaluation and registration of medical and dental conditions, extraoral<br />

and intraoral examination of the patients, stomato-oncological cheque-up.<br />

Registration of medical and dental history.<br />

2. Documentation of the above, taking oral photos, and preparing diagnostic casts.<br />

3. Making decisions about additional diagnostic methods, X-ray examinations,<br />

referrals and consultations.<br />

4. Making diagnosis and complete preliminary treatment planning.<br />

5. Preparing written case-demonstrations including history, clinical finding,<br />

diagnosis, preliminary treatment plan and conclusions.<br />

6. Written case demonstrations should be made at home, with the use of the<br />

students notes in the practice. Students are responsible for and should take great<br />

care about the patients personal rights. No personal data, medical certificate,<br />

x-ray pictures or other relevant findings can be brought home, for preparation of<br />
