Requirements of signing the index books (acknowledgement of the semester, including<br />

the realization of individual tasks):<br />

Students must: (1.) attend at least 11 of the 14 classes; (2.) complete the mid-term reflection<br />

paper; (3.) participate in class discussions; and (4.) complete the final reflection paper in order<br />

for the professor, Dr. Boukydis, to sign their index books.<br />

Method of evaluation:<br />

The final grade for the course will involve: 1. Satisfactory attendance; 2. Active participation in<br />

class discussion; 3. Passing grade in the mid-term reflection paper; and 4. Passing grade in the<br />

final reflection paper. The grades will be defined on the 3-scale evaluation system.<br />

Type of examination:<br />

There will be no final examination in this course. Students have to hand in a final reflection paper<br />

on the last day; 14th (class).<br />
