Sabine Fuchs is a designer. She works for<br />

many well-known publishers, and loves to<br />

get out into nature on the weekends with a<br />

picnic.<br />

Susanne Heindl, born in 1970, studied<br />

home economics and nutrition. In 1999,<br />

she and two colleagues founded the nutritional<br />

counseling service esslust (Enjoy<br />

Food) with the motto “Good food – good<br />

life” (www.esslust.com). Today Susanne<br />

Heindl lives in a suburb of Munich with<br />

her husband and two children.<br />
