Camber Tolerance:<br />
Camber denotes the curvature from the plane of either flange in the length of the section.<br />
If section is cambered, the camber of the long flange must be high at the center of length, and<br />
within limits specified below.<br />
Lengths Maximum, inches *<br />
Up to 41 foot inclusive 1.25<br />
Over 41 foot to 51 foot inclusive 1.50<br />
Over 51 foot to 66 foot inclusive 2.00<br />
Over 66 foot to 82 foot inclusive 3.00<br />
* Positive camber in overall straightness refers to when the outer face of the long flange is<br />
convex over the length of the center sill zee.<br />
Sweep Tolerance:<br />
Sweep denotes the curvature from the plane of the web in the length of the section.<br />
Maximum sweep in either direction = 0.125 inches X number of feet of total length<br />
