Türkiye’nin ilk süper marketi olan Migros, 2010 yılında hayata geçirdiği Jet Kasa projesini geliştiriyor. Tüketicilerin kasiyere ihtiyaç duymadan alışverişlerini tamamlamalarını sağlayan proje kapsamında Jet Kasa kioskları Garanti Bankası’nın koordinasyonunda Ingenico CAD serisi ile yenileniyor. Garanti Bankası’nın tüm işkollarındaki yenilikçi duruşuna paralel olarak perakende satış alanındaki lider firmalardan biri olan Migros’un kasiyersiz POS cihazı talebi üzerine uygun bir model arayışı içine girdik. Talebimizi en iyi şekilde karşılayan ürünü Ingenico firmasının geliştirdiği CAD 30 modelinin sağlaması nedeniyle bu cihazlarla projeye dahil olduk. Projedeki rolünüzü ve sağlanan hizmetleri öğrenebilir miyiz? Bu projeyle birlikte kasiyersiz POS cihazı CAD30 ürünleri Migros’un Jet Kasalarında yer alacak. Böylece kart kullanıcılarına ödeme işlemlerini; hem kart okuyucudan (chip okuyucu), hem manyetik okuyucudan, hem de temassız olarak POS cihazına yaklaştırarak yapma ayrıcalığını sunmuş oluyoruz. Diğer yandan, ödeme işlemlerinin yanı sıra slip ve kasa fişinin de basımının kart sahibi tarafından yapılması üye işyerinin personel maliyetlerinin düşürülmesine olanak sağlıyor. Jet Kasa projesinin yenilenme sürecinde Ingenico CAD serisi cihazlar kullanıldı. Bu cihaz hangi özellikleriyle öne çıktı? Ingenico'yu tercih etmenizde neler etkili oldu? Ingenico’nun CAD30 ürünü diğer temassız ödeme çalışmalarımızda başarısını kanıtlamış bir ürün. Migros Jet Cash registers are being renewed The Jet Cash Registers, the self-service payment project of Migros that has attracted considerable interest within a short time, are being renewed through Garanti Bankası and Ingenico collaboration. English Migros, which is the first supermarket of Turkey, is improving its Jet Cash Register project implemented in 2010. We heard about the latest developments in the project from Garanti Payment Systems Acquiring Marketing Manager Altan Taşkıran. How did you get involved in the Migros Jet Cash Register project? In line with the innovation position of Garanti Bankası in all businesses, upon the demand of Migros, which is one of the leading companies in the retail sales sector, for a cashier-less POS appliance, we started to search for a suitable model. As the CAD 30 model developed by the Ingenico met our demand the best, we were included in this project with those appliances. May we find out about your roles in the project and the provided services? With this project the CAD 30 products, which are cashier-less POS appliances, will be available at the Jet Cash Registers of Migros. Thus we are offering the card holders with the privilege to perform their payment procedures both through the card reader (chip reader), and the magnetic reader and also as contactless by bringing the card close to the POS appliance. On the other hand, as the card holder also performs the printing of the slip and the invoice, this also allows to reduce the personnel costs for the merchant. In the process of renewing the Jet Cash Register project, the Ingenico CAD unattended series were used. With which features did these devices come to the forefront? What were infl uential in your preference of Ingenico? Ingenico’s CAD30 product had already proven its success in our contactless payment activities. The fact that it also supports all other card transactions, in addition to contactless transactions, is one of the factors that underlie our preference.

Cironun 981 milyon euroluk bölümü ödeme terminali faaliyetlerinden (donanım, servis ve bakım) oluşurken 225 milyon euroluk dilimi işlem hizmetlerinden sağlandı. 2012 yılında tüm segmentler ve bölgelerde yaşanan güçlü gelişim sayesinde tahminlerin ötesinde bir büyüme gerçekleştiren Ingenico, gelişmekte olan pazarlardaki coğrafyaya uygun özel ürün sunumu ve rekabete verdiği hızlı yanıt ile ödeme terminallerinden elde edilen gelirlerini yüzde 13 oranında artırdı. İşlem hizmetlerinden elde edilen gelirlerini ise yüzde 23 oranında artıran Ingenico’nun bu segmentteki büyümesinde TransferTo’nun easycash servisi ile uluslar arası pazarlarda hızlı bir gelişim göstermesi ve Axis ödeme sistemleri etkili oldu. Konuyla ilgili bir açıklama yapan Ingenico CEO’su ve Başkanı Philippe Lazare, istikrarsız bir makroekonomik ortamın hakim olduğu 2012 yılında Ingenico’nun bir kez daha olağanüstü bir performans sergilediğini belirterek şöyle devam etti: “Başta inovasyon ve ürünler olmak üzere tüm segmentlerde güçlü bir büyüme gerçekleşti. Sonuç olarak, mevcut pazarlardaki pozisyonumuz güçlenirken, gelişmekte olan pazarlardaki faaliyetlerini geliştirdi. Revenue from Payment Terminals increased by 13 percent, driven by high growth in emerging economies, a changing competitive landscape and product offers tailored to the different geographic areas. Revenue from Transaction Services also continued to increase (up 23 percent) thanks to TransferTo’s expanding business and the increasing international presence of easycash and Axis payment solutions. Philippe Lazare, Chairman and CEO of Ingenico, commented: “Ingenico has once again performed outstandingly in 2012 in an unsettled macroeconomic environment. Fueled by innovation and products, growth has been strong in all our segments. As a result, we have strengthened our positions in our legacy markets while steadily developing in emerging markets. We have also significatively increased our margins and cash flow, while investing heavily in high-growth markets and mobile payment. Our acquisition of Ogone is particularly positive news. We can now implement our strategy more effectively and expand our offer to include multi-channel payment solutions for merchants and acquirers. Finally, Ingenico will consolidate its lead by leveraging its diversified international footprint, its innovative strength, its move into multi-channel delivery solutions and a long-term relevant strategy. So we have every reason to feel confident about the outlook for 2013 and anticipate further growth in revenue and profitability.” 15
