Water-reactive substances failing to meet <strong>GHS</strong> judgment criteria:<br />

There are substances which, in contact with water, emit an inflammable gas (often toxic or<br />

corrosive) or produce heat (and dangerous droplets at <strong>the</strong> same time). These are not included in<br />

<strong>GHS</strong> classification, but <strong>the</strong>y have a Schedule name including <strong>the</strong> word “water-reactive” in ERG.<br />
