Mixed aggregation of Asconema setubalense, Callogorgia verticillata and other desmosponges DESCRIPTION: This type of fields dominated by sponges and gorgonians develop on hard substrate, sometimes covered by compact sediment. As part of the characterisctic community, in this mixed fields it is common to find Viminella flagellum and several desmospongies species that we were not able to identify.
