Discussion Concerning bacteriological identification ,the obtained results revealed that 205 E.coli isolates were obtained out of 245 apparently healthy birds, this result agreed with Calnek.,(1997),who considered the E.coli as one of the serious problems responsible for economic losses to poultry industry. Meanwhile salmonella isolates represented 13.55%, comparable results were recorded by Craven et al.,(2000) who stated that 24% of broiler specimens were positive for salmonella species. Results of disk diffusion sensitivity tests against the bacterial isolates obtained from broiler revealed that all isolates obtained from all farms table were sensitive to cefotaxime, as concerning results which showed that the most effective antimicrobial agent against all tested E.coli broiler isolates was cefotaxime (100%), meanwhile lower percentage of cefotaxime sensitivity (62%) was recorded by Sylvester et al.,(2006). 4/10(40%) E.coli from broiler were sensitive to gentamycin (table 9). Comparable results was obtained by Mishra et al.,(2002), increasing trend of resistance to gentamycin was also recoded by Lambie et al.,(2000). Except one E.coli broiler isolate (table 9), all broiler isolates were resistant to (sulphamethoxazole /trimethoprime), these results agreed with that obtained by Sepethri and Zadeh.,(2006) who found 77
