4.2- Enterobacteria in Human urine:<br />

Eighteen, 30 and 5 urine samples from female urine<br />

male and children contained 14/18(77.7%), 22/30 (73.33%)<br />

and 3/5(60%) isolates respectively (table 3). Concerning<br />

lactose fermenter isolates, the samples contained 13/18<br />

(72.2%), 18/30 (60.0%) and 3/5(60%) isolates<br />

respectively(table 3).<br />

Concerning non lactose fermenter isolates, the samples<br />

contained 1/18(5.5%), 4/30(13.33%) and 0.0(0.0%) isolates<br />

respectively(table 3).<br />

4.3-Biotyping of chicken Enterobacteria.<br />

Biochemical tests including, growth on MaCconkeyۥs<br />

medium oxidation fermentation test (O-F), growth on triple<br />

sugar iron agar (TSI, fig.3), Xylose Lysine decarboxylase<br />

(XLD.fig.2), Indol, M.R, V.P, Citrate(fig.4), urease, sugar<br />
