4.Results<br />

A total of 295 chicken samples of liver , spleen and heart<br />

from each bird, in addition to 53 human urine specimens<br />

were subjected to bacterial isolation (table 5), only 245<br />

bacterial isolates out of 295 chicken specimens were<br />

recoverd from samples of one day old chicks, broiler and<br />

layers of Dakahlia province.<br />

Only 39 bacterial isolates were recovered from 53 human<br />

urine specimens from private laboratories(table 3).<br />
