14-Results of antibiogram on isolates from broiler revealed that all<br />

isolates were sensitive to cefotaxime meanwhile there was varying<br />

resistance to (Sulphamethazole, trimethoprime), <strong>Coli</strong>stin and Spectam.<br />

15-Results of sensitivity percentage of each antimicrobial agents<br />

against isolates from broiler revealed that cefotaxime, ciprofloxacin,<br />

rifampicin, doxycyclins, streptomycin, , gentamycin, erythromycin,<br />

spectam, ampicillin ,triple sulpha, amoxicillin, were effective with<br />

percentages 100%, 90%, 70.0%, 60.0%, 60.0%, 40.0%, 30.0%, 20.0%,<br />

20.0% and 20.0% respectively.<br />

16-Results of sensitivity pattern of the isolates from broiler revealed<br />

that except one isolate, most isolates were sensitive to only two or<br />

more drugs indicating that the isolates from broiler were more resistant<br />

than that from layers but they less resistant than that from one day old<br />

chicks.<br />

17-Results of antibiogram on biotypes from human urine revealed the<br />

following:-Concerning children urine, amikacin and gentamycin were<br />

the most effective antibiotics out of all examined antibiotics,<br />

meanwhile amikacin, ciprofloxacin and gentamycin were the most<br />

effective against isolates obtained from male and female urine isolates.<br />
