10-Results of sensitivity percentage of each antimicrobial agents
against isolates from one day old chicks revealed that cefotaxime,
ciprofloxacin, colistin, gentamycin, streptomycin, doxycyclins,
rifampicin, erythromycin triple sulpha, amoxicillin, were effective with
percentages 100%, 100%, 92.85%, 71.42%, 71.42%, 64.28%,
64.28%, 57.14% and 28.57% respectively.
11-Results of antibiogram on layers isolates revealed that the isolates
from all farms were sensitive to cefotaxime and ciprofloxacin
meanwhile the isolates from all farms were resistant to colistin except
only two farms.
12- Sensitivity Pattern of layers isolates revealed that there were no
isolates sensitive to all drugs also no isolates were sensitive to only one
or only two or only three drugs, meanwhile most isolates were sensitive
to only four or more drugs indicating that the isolates from layers were
less resistant than that from one day old chicks.
13-Results of sensitivity percentage of each antimicrobial agents
against isolates from layers revealed that cefotaxime, ciprofloxacin,
rifampicin, ampicillin, (Sulphamethazole+ Trimethoprime),
