1- Enterobacteria were isolated from liver and spleen of chickens
(broiler, one day old chicks and layers) with prevalence rate 83.05%.
69.49% and 13.55% isolates were lactose fermenter and non-lactose
fermenter respectively.
2-Incidence of lactose fermenter among enterobacteria were 61.6%
and 81.1% in broiler and in both layers and one day old chicks
respectively, meanwhile Incidence of non lactose fermenter among
enterobacteria were 24% and 5.88% in both layers and one day old
chicks respectively,
3-lactose fermenter isolates from human urine (female, male and
children) represented 29.8%, 18/30 81.8% and 60% of total samples
respectively, meanwhile non lactose fermenter isolates represented
5.5%, 13.33% and 0.0(0.0%) of total samples respectively,
4-Lactose fermenter isolates from broiler were E.coli and Citrobacter
diversus among tested isolates and represented 68/107 (63.55%) and
9/107 (8.41%) respectively. Meanwhile non Lactose fermenter isolates
were salmonella, pseudomonas and proteus and represented 24/107
(22.42%), 4/107(3.7%), 2/107(1.86%) respectively
5-Lactose fermenter isolates from one day old chicks and layers (table
4) were E.coli and Citrobacter diversus among tested isolates. They
