AUDIO-VISUAL FACILITIES
Speakers must go to the preview room VAN DONGEN, located on level - 2 of the Grimaldi
Forum, in order to validate and download their presentation files according to the following
schedule:
• Morning Sessions: no later than the afternoon of the day before their communication.
• Afternoon Sessions: no later than noon of the day of their communication.
Please respect this schedule, otherwise, the performance of the received presentations is not
guaranteed.
We cannot accept presentations delivered in room directly (without previewing).
Coffee breaks and midday are the busiest time in the preview room. So we recommend you to
come to the preview early in the morning or during other presentations.
Preview technical staff will guide and assist the speakers for checking and downloading their
presentation files.
A training computer will be available in order to help the speaker to use and be comfortable
with the preview software and equipment in the conference room.
The preview room will be open:
• Sunday, August 30 th : from 15.00 to 19.30
• From Monday, August 31 st to Thursday, September 3 rd : from 07.30 to 19.30
both days included
• On Friday, September 4 th : from 07.30 to 14.00
ACCREDITATION
The congress has been designated for 30 European CME credits (UEMS). Please come to the
Registration desk for further information
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
A Certificate of attendance is provided on request at the Registration desk.
POSTERS EXHIBITION (Diaghilev area - Level -1)
An area has been prepared for poster exhibition for viewing and discussing with the authors
from 14.00 to 15.00, according the following schedule:
• Monday, August 31st : posters DIA 1 to 16
• Tuesday, September 1st : posters DIA 17 to 31
• Wednesday, September 2nd : posters DIA 32 to 46
• Thursday, September 3rd : posters DIA 47 to 61
Authors must attend their poster display during the assigned sessions.
Each poster session will be chaired by the poster General Chairmen and moderated by two
Poster Discussants named by the congress’ Committee every day.
A winner for the best poster will be elected on each session.
Posters should be set up as soon as possible from Monday, August 31st on the board number
assigned to your poster(s) and must remain displayed as long as possible.
Posters should be removed on Friday afternoon from 17.00. All posters not removed will be
destroyed.
VIDEO THEATRE
Accepted videos are running continously every day from 09.00 to 18.00 in Diaghilev Exhibition area.
