AUDIO-VISUAL FACILITIES<br />
Speakers must go to the preview room VAN DONGEN, located on level - 2 of the Grimaldi<br />
Forum, in order to validate and download their presentation files according to the following<br />
schedule:<br />
• Morning Sessions: no later than the afternoon of the day before their communication.<br />
• Afternoon Sessions: no later than noon of the day of their communication.<br />
Please respect this schedule, otherwise, the performance of the received presentations is not<br />
guaranteed.<br />
We cannot accept presentations delivered in room directly (without previewing).<br />
Coffee breaks and midday are the busiest time in the preview room. So we recommend you to<br />
come to the preview early in the morning or during other presentations.<br />
Preview technical staff will guide and assist the speakers for checking and downloading their<br />
presentation files.<br />
A training computer will be available in order to help the speaker to use and be comfortable<br />
with the preview software and equipment in the conference room.<br />
The preview room will be open:<br />
• Sunday, August 30 th : from 15.00 to 19.30<br />
• From Monday, August 31 st to Thursday, September 3 rd : from 07.30 to 19.30<br />
both days included<br />
• On Friday, September 4 th : from 07.30 to 14.00<br />
ACCREDITATION<br />
The congress has been designated for 30 European CME credits (UEMS). Please come to the<br />
Registration desk for further information<br />
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE<br />
A Certificate of attendance is provided on request at the Registration desk.<br />
POSTERS EXHIBITION (Diaghilev area - Level -1)<br />
An area has been prepared for poster exhibition for viewing and discussing with the authors<br />
from 14.00 to 15.00, according the following schedule:<br />
• Monday, August 31st : posters DIA 1 to 16<br />
• Tuesday, September 1st : posters DIA 17 to 31<br />
• Wednesday, September 2nd : posters DIA 32 to 46<br />
• Thursday, September 3rd : posters DIA 47 to 61<br />
Authors must attend their poster display during the assigned sessions.<br />
Each poster session will be chaired by the poster General Chairmen and moderated by two<br />
Poster Discussants named by the congress’ Committee every day.<br />
A winner for the best poster will be elected on each session.<br />
Posters should be set up as soon as possible from Monday, August 31st on the board number<br />
assigned to your poster(s) and must remain displayed as long as possible.<br />
Posters should be removed on Friday afternoon from 17.00. All posters not removed will be<br />
destroyed.<br />
VIDEO THEATRE<br />
Accepted videos are running continously every day from 09.00 to 18.00 in Diaghilev Exhibition area.
