Note: *Ziconotide is a synthetic analog of a substance isolated from
the venom of carnivorous oceanic snails that sting their prey with a
cocktail of neurotoxins injected through a harpoon-like tube.
Ziconotide is 100 to 1,000 times more powerful than morphine.
