Investment terms
With the purpose of going forward with any investment, a summary of terms
agreement will be signed with the investor. The purchase of the promoted company
will be subject to the terms specified in the summary of terms agreement.
Stage II. Management

experience of Agrimex Capital both in the agricultural sector and in the financial sector,
Agrimex Capital seeks to create the most value and highest returns to their investors.

Investing capital to take advantage of clear opportunities
Aligning incentives with administration personnel
Optimizing financial and production strategies
Acquiring strategic assets
Implementation of corporate governance practices from the start of each Project

Stage III. Exit
What defines Agrimex Capital Investment’s model is the flow of cash back to investors from
year one. Agrimex will have a defined exit strategy which has the following options:
Sale to a private equity fund
IPO
Buyback program from Agrimex management
These exit strategies will be subject to consideration once the conditions are optimal
and there is a good opportunity to have an optimal sale price
Sale to another production firm
