The Tuttnauer Tiva 650 and Tuttnauer Tiva 700
mark the evolution of a flexible full system for
the washing, disinfection, drying and validation
of medical and laboratory items. All loading and
unloading operations can be carried out by using
manual trolleys, Optionally connected to a conveyor
system. The Tiva 700 model, in particular, is ideal for the
decentralized treatment of Surgical, Anastethic and
glassware items. Alternatively, connecting several Tiva
700 washer-disinfectors together is ideal for efficient
treatment of large quantities of medical Items in a
Centralized Sterile Supply Department.
• Manual double doors with vertical sliding and safety
device (Tiva 700)
• Door made of HST tempered glass

• Baskets Injection System - provides direct water injection
in to hollow objects insuring the thermodisinfection
• The washing chamber is made entirely of stainless steel
AISI 316L, corrosion proof
• The system is constructed without angles in order to
prevent dirty breeding grounds
• Self cleaning tank with rounded edges
• Three levels water filtering system
• Thermodisinfection by reaching the temperature of 93ºC
and maintaining it for a designated period of time which
can be modified according to the special needs and
standards

• Temperature control by means of 2 PT1000 independent
probes
• Water load in tank is monitored by a volumetric system
for the most economical use of water

TUTTNAUER CONTROL SYSTEM
The new TUTTNAUER CONTROL SYSTEM allows the user to
optimize the washing process and to personalize
thermodisinfection programs guaranteeing traceability
and allowing validation of the washing cycles according
to the current European directives.
The TUTTNAUER CONTROL SYSTEM is
secured by a personal password.
20 prememorized washing cycles are
stored in the control system along with
space for an additional 20 washing
cycles to be defined by the user.
The LCD control screen displays in
detail the washing cycle phases and
parameters
