2013 intake onwards; where any provision in this <strong>fee</strong> structure is found to be unenforceable, <strong>UCSI</strong> <strong>University</strong> will then make reasonable efforts to replace the invalid or unenforceable provision with a valid and enforceable substitute provision, at all times, <strong>UCSI</strong> <strong>University</strong> shall reserve all rights in respect of the same on a strictly without prejudice<br />
basis.<br />
