The above fee structure shall take effect and be applicable only for new students registering for the January 2013 semester onwards, with the exception of the Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Architectural Technology and Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Interior Architecture programmes whereby the new fee structure shall only be effective for the July
2013 intake onwards; where any provision in this fee structure is found to be unenforceable, UCSI University will then make reasonable efforts to replace the invalid or unenforceable provision with a valid and enforceable substitute provision, at all times, UCSI University shall reserve all rights in respect of the same on a strictly without prejudice
basis.
Without prejudice to the rights of UCSI University which is wholly-owned and managed by UCSI Education Sdn. Bhd. (185479-U), the Fee Schedule herein is correct at the time of printing and we reserve the right to make without notice amendments, changes, modifications or alterations and as such there shall be no liability in respect of the
