• Story Props – Make graphic symbols for story or use Velcro story kit (Lakeshore) to tell the story as it is read. Match story kit props to graphic symbol pictures. • Food Book – Make classroom and/or individual books of the food from the story in order and bind together. Use symbolic processing or graphic symbol pictures to put on each page. • Caterpillar Plate – Use a paper plate for each day and glue on the pictures/graphic symbols of the food for that day.
