<strong>TKA</strong> <strong>–</strong> <strong>Smart2Pure</strong> UV<br />
The direct way from tap water to ASTM I/II ultra pure water<br />
<strong>TKA</strong> - <strong>Smart2Pure</strong> UV is an ultra pure water system for direct and<br />
simple operation in laboratories. Modular treatment stages allow the<br />
system to be directly connected to a water-supply line for it to<br />
produce laboratory water of different qualities, such as ASTM Type II<br />
(e.g. for the rinsing of laboratory glassware, the preparation and<br />
dilution of buffers and reagents) and ASTM Type I (e.g. for molecular<br />
biology, microbiology, PCR, inorganic and organic trace analysis,<br />
HPLC, Unsere ICP Technologien and TOC analyses) für Ihren The Fortschritt: Type II water that is produced<br />
can be drawn off from a built-in 6 l ultra pure water tank. An additional<br />
pressure outlet allows downstream equipment, such as autoclaves<br />
and analyzers, to be supplied. Numerous innovative equipping<br />
options, e.g. with the 185/254 nm wavelength UV-lamp and/or backwashable<br />
ultra filter, allow an optimal choice for all analytical and<br />
bioscience applications. The tiltable display and the ease of filter<br />
change make <strong>Smart2Pure</strong> systems i<strong>de</strong>al laboratory water suppliers<br />
for small needs.<br />
• Adaptable and compact laboratory system for direct connection to a potable water tap.<br />
Can be either stood on a table-top or be space-savingly fitted to a wall (optional). The<br />
universally usable plug power unit with automatic voltage adjustment allows worldwi<strong>de</strong><br />
operation.<br />
• Economical and easy changing of consumables: Separately-changeable high-tech<br />
purification cartridges ensure particularly economical usage. The quick-connect connections<br />
fitted to them simplify and speed up cartridge change.<br />
• Guaranteed ultra pure water quality: This is ensured by the specifically chosen<br />
combination of various high-tech purification techniques. The conical bottom outlet of the<br />
ultra pure water tank allows 100% emptying and so successful disinfection and cleaning. The<br />
integrated recirculation pump and sterile vent filter protect against bacterial growth in the tank<br />
during standstill.<br />
• Universal supply of laboratory water: Prepares different water qualities, such as ASTM<br />
Types I and II, and makes each readily available. An integrated booster pump allows product<br />
water to be additionally supplied to downstream laboratory equipment, such as autoclaves<br />
and analyzers, or to a flexible dispenser.<br />
• Dependable data documentation: The RS 232 interface enables all measured values and<br />
data on faults to be transmitted to a PC or data printer. A potential free contact allows<br />
external operator controls to be triggered.<br />

• Highly precise conductivity measurement for measuring in the lowest conductivity range with<br />
exact digital accuracy. Measured values are shown in a 3 1/2" digit display<br />
• Integrated in a plastic housing, protection class IP 55, with a membrane keyboard for easy<br />
entering of limiting values for conductivity and temperature<br />
• Display of measured values in µS/cm (electrical conductivity) and °C (temperature), with<br />
conductivity unit switch-over from µS/cm to MΩ<br />
• Exact temperature measurement and integrated reference resistance for fully automatic<br />
matching of the conductivity measurement prior to measurement<br />
• RS 232 Interface for the data transmission of all measured values and fault<br />
