Error messages / Remedy of defects NO PeLLetS NOt igNiteD If the maximum permissible boiler temperature of 95 °C is exceeded, the safety temperature limiter, in short STB, is activated and the display shows the error message StB activateD. After having cooled down, the STB must be reset manually (figure 71) • Remove the base panel of the pellet module. • Screw off black protective cap and press the red reset button. • Reset the error message by pressing the button OK . In the event of an error message the display begins to flash. Remedy the defect with the aid of the following list of defects and subsequently confirm the error message. To do so, press and hold the OK button (for approx. 2 seconds) in the top level of the menu. Throw 3-4 pcs. of ‘Zündis’ (product which helps to light a fire) from above into the flue and set burner to ON position to burn off residues from the grate.
