APNDIX - IV FORM - B PART - I 245 The commutation for a lumpsum payment of the pension as found admissible under the rules by the Accoutnant-General is administratively sanctioned subject to the medical authority’s recommendations. The sum payable will be the sum appropriate to the applicant’s age on his birthday next after the date on which the commutation becomes absolute or, if the medical authority directs that years shall be added to that age, to consequent assumed age.
