(3) Copyists of the Revenue Department<br />

(4) Government servants who elect to continue under the existing<br />

Pension Rules in accordance with the provisions in Rule 3;<br />

(6) Employees of the former estates abolished under the Andhra<br />

Pradesh (Andhra Area) Estates (Abolition and conversion into<br />

Ryotwari) Act, 1948 (Act XXVI of 1948) except those to whom<br />

the Andhra Pradesh Liberalised Pension Rules are applicable.<br />

2 (7) Any of the Organisations/Societies/Companies/Boards/Bodies,<br />

admitted in to Grant- in-aid, or where Government money is<br />

invested<br />

3 “(g) (i) These rules shall not apply to all Government Servants<br />

appointed on or after 1-9-2004, to services and posts in connection<br />

with the affairs of the State which are borne on pensionable<br />

establishment, whether temporary, or permanent.<br />

(ii) These rules shall not apply to all appointments, whether<br />

temporary or permanent, made on or after 01-09-2004 in all<br />

the State Public Sector Undertakings, whose pay and<br />

allowances are drawn from the Consolidated Fund of the State<br />

or not.<br />

(iii) These rules shall not apply to all appointments, whether<br />

temporary or permanent, made on or after 01-09-2004 of all<br />

the tiers of the Rural and Urban Local Bodies such as the Gram<br />

Panchayats, Mandal Parishads, Zilla Parishads, Municipalities,<br />

Municipal Corporations, Urban Development Authorities, Cooperative<br />

and Urban Local Bodies, Zilla Grandhalaya Samsthas,<br />

Agriculture Marketing Committees, including all the Universities<br />

in the State, including all the Institutions functioning under<br />

the Universities, whose pay and allowances are drawn from<br />
