The (eMPS) Enhanced Multiple Printing
System Advantage
Exploit the document management capabilities by utilising the optional
CompactFlash® cards or the micro drives:
Proof and Hold – check the first set before printing the reminder of the set.
Private Print – hold confidential prints until you use the PIN number controlled printout at
the printer.
Quick Copy – recently printed documents are temporarily stored in the printer allowing the
user to re-print documents directly without the need for resending the documents over the
network again, minimising network traffic.
Job Storage – store frequently printed documents permanently in the printer. Documents can
now be printed directly from the printer reducing the network traffic.
Virtual Mailbox – offers each member of the team a convenient, personalised storage space in
the printer, where documents can be stored and called up as needed.

Tailoring to Your Requirements with Advanced Paper Handling Options
With the broad range of paper handling options the FS-1920 and FS-3830N is ready to handle almost
any challenge. The input paper capacity is upgradeable to 2,100 sheets giving a total of 5 different
paper sources. In a workgroup environment the sorter/mailbox feeder keeps each job separate
allowing the user to find their print jobs easily.

Printing PDF files is a lot easier now with the KM-NET for Direct Printing
utility. This is included with the printers. With PDF Direct Print:
• Users can print PDF files without opening them in an application.
Just send them directly to the printer.
• The Printer rather than the computer processes large PDF files,
freeing up your PC to continue working.
• PDF printing is remarkably quicker.
• Network traffic is significantly reduced.

KM-Net Viewer is a network administration
program for PC that allows users to monitor
the status of every Kyocera product on the
network. Whether the organisation has one
machine or a network of hundreds.
KM-Net enables users to view their data

monitor the levels of paper in the paper
trays, and check the machine’s printer

Forms Printing
PRESCRIBE IIe, Kyocera’s unique printer
control programming language, offers
major cost saving and productivity
enhancing benefits. It is a convenient
and cost efficient way to manage forms
(even multipart forms) regardless of their
complexity.
To store and retrieve the forms and
frequently printed documents, the only
additional hardware required will be the
CompactFlash® card or hard drive.
