Heat in a steam cabbie, a rice steamer or installed steam pans to intensify power of ingredients. The nature of the ingredients allows the heat to remain constant for a prolonged period of time. dermalogica professional contains: • (20) 17” x 17” squares of fabric • (10) 1” x 31” cotton bands • (20) rubber bands • (1) set of directions thermal stamp professional application To make one Thermal Stamp (you will need two stamps per treatment): Combine 3 scoops of Clinical Colloidal Oatmeal with 1 scoop of Enzymatic Sea Mud Pack or Power Recovery ® 1 Pack in a Body Pack Bowl. 2 Add 8 to 10 pumps of Clean Massage Oil Base and customize with 2 pumps of Energizing Oil – Professional Strength or Stress Relief Oil – Professional Strength and stir to create a firm paste. 3 Place mixture in the center of the porous fabric, gather corners together and tie tightly with a rubber band to make a firm stamp. 4 Repeat process to create second Thermal Stamp. 5 Heat stamp for approximately 20 minutes in a steam cabbie or rice cooker. note: If you prepare the Thermal Stamps before the treatment, they can be stored in the steam cabbie for retention of heat. Always test the heat level of the Thermal Stamp on the inside of your arm before applying to client. benefits Intense heat activates ingredients and aids in the relaxation and soothing of tight muscles. Offers relief of inflammation and itching. Detoxifies, remineralizes, soothes and reduces stress. Massage actions work upon the meridian lines throughout the body, aiding in relaxation and rebalance.
