For a mineral soak: Pour a small amount into a warm bath.
For a spa style exfoliation: Shake a small amount onto dry hands or mix into a paste
with 2 pumps of Stress Relief Treatment Oil and gently massage over the entire
body, concentrating on elbows, knees and heels.

1 Following dry body brushing, place 2 scoops of Hydro-Active Mineral Salts
into a Body Pack Bowl and customize with prescribed Professional Strength Oil.
Mix to a consistency similar to that of Dermal Clay Cleanser.
2 Apply evenly to the body and exfoliate by using circular movements with
alternating hands. Concentrate on drier patches of skin, such as the heels,
knees and elbows.
3 Using The Ultimate Buffing Cloth and Conditioning Body Wash in the form
of a mitt, swiftly remove the Hydro-Active Mineral Salts.

Add 1 ounce of Hydro-Active Mineral Salts to a hydrotherapy tub or your
pedicure (foot bath). Can be mixed with Clean Massage Oil Base.
contraindications
Not recommended for users of medically-prescribed exfoliation products. Do not use
on skin that is sunburned, irritated, sensitive or has recently been waxed.
