Chapter 3: License Configuration Troubleshooting
When you contact Synopsys for your FPGA product, make sure you include
the following:
• A copy of your license.dat file
• A support.log file. To create this file, enter these commands:
% echo $SYNPLCTYD_LICENSE_FILE > support.log
% echo $LM_LICENSE_FILE > support.log
% ps -ef | grep lmgrd >> support.log
% ps -ef | grep synplctyd >> support.log
% install_directory/linux/lmutil lmstat -a >> support.log
Based on your system environment, you might need to use the ps -auxw
command instead of the ps -ef command, but the remainder of the
command line is the same.
