Adabas Event Log Support 

event log that can be used to log database events(ie: rsp code 145) 

When a response 145 event occurs, the user can issue a Read request to 

obtain info: DBID, NUCID, File Number, ISN, Time of Event, User (Job Name, 

User ID, ET ID), Causer (Job Name, User ID, ET ID). 

DEVENTLOG: Display Adabas Event Log available from ADADBS 

Requires INFOBUFFERSIZE parameter. 

Adabas event log is a wraparound log in memory
