more than 20 years in cooperation
with ADAC, DEKRA, TRL and UTAC.
The vehicle bodies are crashed at the
speed of 35 miles per hour, with a

SobogripPlus®-Safety Floor
PRODUCTIVITY
Sortimo offers unlimited flexibility to customize the system to
your specific needs. Sortimo tool boxes, bins and accessories
are easily accessible in an ergonomically designed system that
enables you to be more efficient and productive.
This pre-cut safety floor is 9 mm thick Nordic Birchwood and is anti-slip, waterproof, and resistant to cracks and stains. The SobogripPlus flooring is tested for
pull-out strength; a critical part of crash safety. Sortimo maintains the vehicle’s structural integrity by installing the entire system without drilling holes into the
vehicle, thereby adding residual/resale value to the vehicle. (Safety floor is standard with all Sortimo Packages, except Tufflex Wall Cladding)

Multi-Purpose Double Floor
The Double Floor is a unique Sortimo Offering. It maximizes the use of internal cargo area of your vehicle and provides greater storage space. Expensive tools
and items like laptops, meters and smaller parts are hidden out of view.
This system offers three extra long drawers accessible from the rear door. They can be organized with Sortimo metal dividers or inset boxes. The full length of the
vehicle cargo area is available for the user. Tie-down straps attached to rails above the wheel- wells on either side secure loose items. Another extra long drawer
provides storage behind the passenger seat. Weight: 185 lbs
Courier Services
Our Courier Services Package offers great flexibility. Packages of different heights and widths can be quickly and easily
stored in a number of combinations.
The 4 shelves can be individually folded up. The full length of the wall is available to carry tall packages. These are secured
with straps using tracks under each shelf. Each shelf’s load capacity is 175 lbs. Tie-down straps fasten even larger items in
the open space between the shelves.

Sortimo Packages
This system is ideally suited for caterers, florists or painters. It comes with two full size trays
(43”x43”). They slide out to almost full length or can be completely removed. The trays adjust up
or down by moving the guiderails to allow room for larger items in between the trays. Each tray
holds more than 200 lbs. Additional trays with guiderails can be ordered. Weight: 95 lbs

The Safety Net is specially designed for
our Multi-Rack System to keep items on
the trays from falling forward during
hard stops. Attached vertically, the net’s
straps can be tightened and secured to

The Cargo Management
Package has more to it than
meets the eye.
4 tie-down eyelets are provided
to secure cargo on the floor and
2 additional tie-down rails are
mounted to the side walls to
secure items to the wall.

“Tufflex” Wall Cladding - Side panels, made from tough, durable ABS plastic,
protect from the usual wear and tear of the vehicle over an extended period of
time. They also reduce road noise.
Panels for side and rear doors are also available.
Sortimo’s unique Carmo
platform can be attached to
the floor, accessible from the
passenger- side door. The
platform can handle more
than 400 lbs. of load and be
pulled out to 75% of its length
(43”). Heavy items, such as a
generator or a compressor,
can be placed on the platform
and secured with Sortimo
fastening straps.
MobileTower
