The courage to use colour! Red and violet silent
rush office swivel chairs as well as carpets match,
almost unnoticed, the choice of colours used in
Hellmann adverts. In combination with shades of
brown and dark wooden surfaces, this results in an
intentionally warm and homely atmosphere. Each
workstation is equipped with a network
connection so that the employees can log in
wherever they are.
According to the latest findings, informal meetings are
essential for better and more efficient interdisciplinary
collaboration. Ideally, places that support this function are
intentionally planned as attracters. In Hellmann's
headquarters, everything was thought of: even the fire in
the fireplace can "weld" colleagues together.
