It's All Happening at
Crocker Park
destination living, working, shopping,
dining and entertainment — all with
the atmosphere and convenience of a
traditional downtown.
That was the vision for Crocker Park, a $480
million, mixed-use development in the Cleveland
suburb of Westlake, OH that opened in 2004,
and that vision has become reality. Today, 180
residential units, more than 55 retail stores
and three office buildings offering a total of
250,000-square-feet of Class A space are
arranged in a beautifully landscaped, pedestrianfriendly
matrix.
“Most developers focus on just one type of property,
like a shopping center or apartment building,
but we deliver all the basics of what people need
and do each day,” says Darryl Whitehead, Crocker
Park’s general manager. “Like our tagline says, ‘It’s
all happening here.’”
The developer, Stark Enterprises, originally thought
that Crocker Park would attract primarily “Gen Xers,”
but people representing all demographics — from
young singles to retirees — now live, shop and
work there. Internationally known retail stores
and specialty shops line the streets, along with a
wide variety of cafes and restaurants. Residences
