In the example discussed in this course, the height is 11m and the building face is 12,35m. So in this
case clearly 11m < 12,35m and thus h < b. So the wind only has to be calculated for ze =11m.
In this example, the wind is calculated for a construction without nets, situated in Belgium with a
terrain category of III.
The terrain category is determined as follows (EN 1991-1-4, Table 4.1):

I Lakes or flat and horizontal area with negligible vegetation and

villages, suburban terrain, permanent forest)
