14 5 As it is necessary <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> visiting team s rep9rt to be consistent <strong>the</strong> National Board <strong>for</strong> Technical<br />

a To liaise with <strong>the</strong> authorities <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> institution <strong>for</strong> local transportation refreshments and typing <strong>of</strong><br />
team s report during <strong>the</strong> visit<br />
b To assist <strong>the</strong> team leader in <strong>the</strong> smooth management <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> visitation exercise<br />
c To assist<strong>the</strong> team leader orany o<strong>the</strong>r member <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> team in <strong>the</strong>ir enquiries to facilitate <strong>the</strong>team s<br />
work<br />
d To serve as an In<strong>for</strong>mation source on <strong>the</strong> Interpretation <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Board s accreditation criteria and<br />
policies<br />
e To arrange exit interview between <strong>the</strong> team members and <strong>the</strong> head <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> institution<br />
f To ensure that transport fares and honoraria are paid to team members be<strong>for</strong>e <strong>the</strong>y leave <strong>the</strong><br />

g To <strong>for</strong>ward with a covering letter to <strong>the</strong> head <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> institution <strong>for</strong> his comments on statements <strong>of</strong><br />
