SURFACE PREPARATION<br />

:ONCRETE OR MASONRY: For proper bonding, apply over a cloar% dry, sound surface. For new construction, allow the concrete<br />

to cure a minimum of twendy-olght (211) days at 6C'F. bdors costing. Concrete should have a maldmum moisture content of tan (10) petard. All<br />

lakance or loose bound concrete should be removed and the surface cleaned leaving a hard, bound substrate preferably by dry abrasive blasting.<br />
