Paradise Found is situated in the hills just
outside the main resort of Puerto Del Carmen in
area known as Los Mojones.
One of the things that sets this villa apart from
all the others is the large grounds in which the
villa is set and the very private nature of it.
The Villa is furnished and maintained to the
highest standards.
Outside, you will find a large terrace around the
9m x 4m private pool (electrically heated) and a
private hot tub set in tropical gardens (left and
bottom right). There are ample sun beds, patio
table, chairs and even a poolside bar/fridge.
The villa is bright & spacious and furnished to an
extremely high standard with all the facilities a
superior villa offers the discerning guests.
A large hallway opens into the spacious living
area (left), which has sloping high ceilings, a
feature fireplace and two sets of French/patio
doors leading out onto the fabulous large
terrace.
It is well furnished with comfortable leather
furniture and offers a selection of latest films on
DVD, Videos, CD player & good stock of books
to suit all which are supplied for guests’
enjoyment plus a full SKY package with several
English channels’ is also available.
Off the main hallway is an elegant dining room.
The Kitchen/Diner (left) is fully fitted with Oven,
Ceramic Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer,
Dishwasher., Washing Machine and has ample
work surfaces.

The Villa has three Bedrooms. The master (double, below left) with dressing/nursery area and walk –in
wardrobes and two twin rooms (below centre & right) – All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, one
of which is pictured below also and there is a separate guest cloakroom.
Los Mojones is set in the hillside, a mere Ten Minute walk from
the main resort of Puerto Del Carmen.
Puerto Del Carmen offers you 5km of sandy beaches and an
extensive range of bars of restaurants to suit every taste, so if you
want English food and Sky Sports or an Indian / chinese curry or
Spanish Tapas, you are sure to find them here. Consisting of a New
Town and Old Town, Puerto Del Carmen comes alive at night and
you can choose anything from watching the locals playing boules in
the Old Town to a Disco/Club in the new town or anything in
between this
