TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Payment must be made on submission of the application
form and cheque should be made payable to “Carabela
Limited”. Please do not send cash by post.
- No refunds will be given after courses start, and for nonattendance
or cancellations. In case of illness of the
teacher, a substitute teacher will be provided.
- No refund or make-up courses if fail to notify us at least one
day in advance.
- Course fee and allocation of places in each course fee are
not refundable nor transferable, unless the application is
not successful.
- Carabela Language Center reserves the right to change
course details, such as date, time, venue, and instructor at
their discretion and to cancel courses in case of insufficient
enrollment as well as not to admit a student at their
discretion.
- To be entitled for issuance of the certificate, students
must have enrolled in the courses and have achieved a
minimum of 80% attendance of the course.
- In the case of a typhoon signal 8 or above, or a
black rain warning signal, all classes will be cancelled
until the signal / warning has been lowered. In the case
of typhoon 3 or a red rain warning, please call the center
and we will advise you on whether the lesson will still be in
place.

- 報名表格及相關款項需同時繳交,課程費用只接受現金或
支票形式繳付(支票抬頭 ‘CARABELA LIMITED’)
,請不要郵寄現金付款.
- 課程開始後學費將不予退款如學生缺席或課堂取消.
如教師因病未能出席, 本中心將會安排代課老師授課
- 學費一律不予退款,如學生不能於一個工作天前給予缺席
通知,亦將不會獲被安排補課.
- 學費以及相應課堂數目皆不會以任何形式轉讓或退款,除
非該學生的報名不被接納.
- 家樂維爾語言中心 將保留一切權利更改課程細節, 包括
日期, 時間, 地點, 以及取消課程的權利如因報名率不足,
與此同時將有權不接納學生的報名.
- 學生必須在已被取錄的課程, 出席率達到該課程的80%
才會在課程完畢後獲本中心頒發證書.
- 如香港天文台發出強風/颱風 8 級訊號 或黑色暴雨警告,
當天的所有課堂將會暫時取消, 直至降至較低的訊號/警
告. 如 3號颱風訊號或紅色暴雨警告懸掛時, 請致電本中
心以查詢當日的安排.
